Internship semester, thesis or starting your degree: live light
If you are starting at a Stuttgart university or coming to the region for an internship semester, you rarely need a permanent home — you need a furnished room with a clear term and one price that covers everything. That is the A23: bed, height-adjustable desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, shared kitchen. When a room is free, we also let it short-term to students and interns — apprentices have priority.
Three rooms, one pricing principle: all-in
Including rent, electricity, heating, fresh & waste water and high-speed Wi-Fi — furnished with bed, height-adjustable desk, wardrobe and smart TV. Details & enquiry →
Studying in Stuttgart: getting there, costs
Whether University of Stuttgart, DHBW or Media University: Stuttgart rents are among the highest in Germany, and rooms are scarce every semester. Living south of the city is the realistic alternative — especially for dual-study programmes and practice phases with companies in the south of the region.
Getting there from the A23
By train from Nürtingen or Bempflingen towards Stuttgart main station; by car about 35 minutes via B313/B27.
What a room costs
The three rooms cost €395, €495 and €650 per month — all-in with electricity, heating, water and high-speed Wi-Fi (current availability on the home page). German apprentices can apply for BAB training assistance — explained step by step in the BAB guide. New to Germany? The Moving to Germany guide covers registration, insurance and more.
