What living in Room 1 feels like
At 11 m², Room 1 is the most compact and most affordable of the three rooms at A23. The layout is clear: the bed runs along the wall, the desk sits right at the window facing greenery, leaving enough space in the middle. The wood-look laminate runs through the whole flat and is easy to clean.
If you mainly need a quiet place to sleep and study and spend your days at work, at university or in the shared kitchen, you get the full equipment here at the lowest price in the house. Move in with one suitcase: mattress, pillow and duvet are ready.

As a Room 1 resident you use the fully equipped shared kitchen, the freshly renovated bathroom, washer & dryer in the house, the lockable bike cellar and a parking space at the house. The whole flat runs on 100% green electricity. Your flatmates: two more rooms, lived in by apprentices, interns or students — connection comes naturally.
