What living in Room 3 feels like
At 15 m², Room 3 is the middle one of the three rooms at A23 — noticeably more space than Room 1, without the balcony premium of Room 2. The wide window front with its deep sill brings plenty of daylight into the room and opens the view over the red roofs of Großbettlingen towards the green. Blackout curtains make sure you sleep well even in summer; the wood-look laminate flooring — laid throughout the flat — is robust and easy to care for.
The layout separates the areas neatly: the bed stands along the quiet wall, the desk right by the window — daylight for studying, sockets and Wi-Fi included. Opposite there is room for the spacious wardrobe, whose mirrored door makes the room feel even bigger. Move in with one suitcase: mattress, pillow and duvet are ready.

As a Room 3 resident you use the fully equipped shared kitchen, the freshly renovated bathroom, washer & dryer in the house, the lockable bike cellar and a parking space at the house. The whole flat runs on 100% green electricity. Your flatmates: two more rooms, lived in by apprentices, interns or students — connection comes naturally.
