What living in Room 2 feels like
At 21 m², Room 2 is the largest room at A23 and the only one with a private balcony. Two windows and the balcony door bring in lots of daylight, and from the balcony you look across the rooftops of Großbettlingen into the countryside. A chair on the balcony invites you to spend the evening outside.
The layout leaves room for separate zones: the bed faces the windows, the desk and the mirrored wardrobe each have their own corner, and the smart TV is wall-mounted. Move in with one suitcase: mattress, pillow and duvet are ready.
Furnishing in detail
Included in the house
As a Room 2 resident you use the fully equipped shared kitchen, the freshly renovated bathroom, washer & dryer in the house, the lockable bike cellar and a parking space at the house. The whole flat runs on 100% green electricity. Your flatmates: two more rooms, lived in by apprentices, interns or students — connection comes naturally.
Price & availability

Make the rent smaller: apprentices can apply for BAB — see all subsidies in the funding overview. And many companies pay the rent fully or partly.
