Parking space भी book करें — €50/माह (चुनी हुई अवधि के monthly rents के साथ billed)। Extension option की request करें — हम जाँचते हैं कि fixed term के बाद extension possible है या नहीं, और आपको नतीजा बताते हैं। मैं confirm करता/करती हूँ: occupant Germany से है और parents (tenants) Germany में रहते हैं। * मुझे मालूम है कि rental contract तभी प्रभावी होगा जब booking amount मिल जाए और StudentCampus booking confirm कर दे। Data booking को process करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है (privacy)। *

Transfer के लिए bank details

Bank details आपको booking confirmation के साथ email से मिलते हैं। Payment reference: आपका booking number — submit करते ही मिल जाता है। कृपया 7 दिनों के अंदर transfer करें; राशि न मिलने पर booking free में expire हो जाती है।

आपका booking number: । नीचे से contract download करें, sign करें और फिर से upload करें। Documents की जाँच और payment मिलने के बाद आपको email से हमारा countersigned rental contract और payment confirmation मिलेगी।

Booking amount transfer करें

कृपया 7 दिनों के अंदर transfer करें। राशि न मिलने पर booking अपने आप expire हो जाती है — कोई cost नहीं।

आपका rental contract

Standard contract आपकी जानकारी के साथ भरा हुआ है और German में बनता है। Download करें, print करें, दोनों parents से sign करवाएँ — यह payment मिलने और हमारी confirmation के बाद ही प्रभावी होता है (contract का § 12)।

Documents की जाँच और payment मिलने के बाद आपको countersigned rental contract और confirmation email से मिलेगी

अगर rental contract नहीं बनता, तो हम पूरी राशि 2–3 दिनों में बताए गए parents के account पर वापस भेज देते हैं।
